Q: What if something in my order is damaged?

A: If anything in your order arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged objects to info@lazuro.net within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll be in touch on how to get you a replacement as soon as possible.

A: Never place china in contact with a direct flame or subject it to extreme temperature
